Hi. I'm Saad, a psychotherapist providing support to residents of Ontario, Canada. I create a compassionate and accepting environment where your story is heard and validated. My goal is to collaborate with you to identify the emotional patterns affecting your life and develop practical strategies to address your challenges directly. I frequently work with individuals navigating anger, anxiety, grief, narcissistic abuse, parenting difficulties, shame, and relationships.
I offer a kind, accepting, and validating space where your story can truly be held. With a background spanning four countries, corporate roles, stand-up comedy, and as a father of three, I bring a broad, empathetic, and grounded perspective to our work. I approach our sessions with curiosity, deep empathy, a non-judgmental stance, and often, a touch of humor, fostering a truly human connection. Together we'll explore your unique emotional patterns and develop strategies to address your specific challenges.

Step 3: I will contact you to schedule a free, 50 minute consultation where you can ask questions and we can determine if we will be a good fit.
Step 4: We will work together to discuss whatever you feel is big or important and identify and change the emotional patterns that come up.
In the interest of being upfront, the fee for each session is a sliding scale between $80 - $120. Choose a number in that range that works for you on an ongoing basis.
